🛍️ Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Return Period:
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. - Eligible Products:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or customized products (with name, photo, or message) cannot be returned or refunded.

💳 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

- Discounted / sale items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
🔄 Exchange Policy
If you received a wrong or defective product, we’ll gladly send a replacement or arrange an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
